BluePencil Mobility delivers advanced apps

BluePencil Mobility, in partnership with SAP and coupled with the SAP Mobile Platform (SMP), now delivers advanced mobile sales and asset verification apps.

BluePencil Mobility combines BluePencil's SAP expertise with OrangeOne's extensive mobility skills to integrate advanced mobile apps into SAP. "BluePencil Mobility is the first SMP partner in South Africa, which enables us to directly offer you a complete solution, including SMP licences for our certified apps," says Shaun Enslin, Managing Director of BluePencil Mobility.

The apps on offer include the full mobile sales process from Rapidtrade, as well as VerifyIT - an asset verification app.

RapidTrade Mobile Sales
The Mobile Sales app is user friendly and includes a light CRM system. It allows companies to track their sales force activities and KPIs and it integrates seamlessly into your SAP accounting system. Rapidtrade's edge is the ability to quickly download all required information to the reps' devices, thus allowing them to view stock and pricing while in bad 3G areas. A stylish, visual environment allows the rep to use Rapidtrade as a catalogue and is built for speed and ease of use.

Rapidtrade Sales Management
You can't manage what you can't measure. Start focusing your sales force on the right customers and increase turnover through targeted calling cycles and monitoring sales activity. Using dashboards and geo-location; and providing visual reports via maps, this app gives you the edge in growing turnover through increased visits to the right customers.

Rapidtrade Vansales
Fully integrated into your SAP system, this app allows your van drivers to sell directly off their van. Drivers can sell, print invoices and replenish from Rapidtrade. BluePencil also caters for taking cash and credit cards.

Proof of delivery
ePOD is one of BluePencil's most exciting products. Fully integrated into SAP, it allow drivers to pick routes and then choose deliveries they will deliver today. After delivery, an electronic signature is captured and then sent back into SAP, but also e-mailed directly to the customer as a PDF file. Invoice faster and improve deliveries as PODs are back in SAP within five minutes of delivery.

VerifyIT asset verification
The status and value of an organisation's fixed assets and related reporting are crucial elements in producing accurate financial reports. BluePencil's app allows you to photograph, geo-locate and classify your assets.
