Aspiration has concluded a deal with leading health foods manufacturer Vital Health Foods to implement the full range of web based HR Modules for the Cape Town based company.
The software is designed to help Vital Health Foods effectively manage the key aspects of their human resources function from recruitment through to training & development, performance management and staff succession planning and retention.

Vital Health Foods have for some time been looking for a Software Solution to manage their human resources function and Aspiration was able to meet their needs with a state of the art web based solution. Vital expressed the need to have a solution that manages development, performance management and talent management. This capability is becoming increasingly important where companies are experiencing difficulty in finding and retaining good skills.

Aspiration have also provided Vital health Foods with an automated download from their VIP payroll to bring employee details in at a pre-determined frequency. One of the challenges facing HR software suppliers is that the payroll information is not always organised in the required format for human capital management. For example job titles on the payroll are sometimes different to the actual employee job title.
Aspiration has provided a unique function to upload and allocate employees to their designated department, job title and to record who they report to.
The Aspiration E-Recruitment module will manage Vital Health Food's recruitment process from vacancy approval, applicant management, interview management and appointment management. The system even holds model interview questions for each core job in the company. There is a fully functional performance management system that links with the Aspiration Salary Review module that allows salaries to be modelled utilising performance and market related benchmark salaries. Vital will also make use of the Aspiration 360 E-Appraisal module designed to allow for multiple ratings to be done in a secure environment. The E-Training module handles all training requirements and the E-Succession module will provide Vital with an opportunity to manage organisational talent.
