Softline Accpac 2004 Partner of the Year, AccTech Systems, has been awarded the contract to implement a network marketing ERP system for natural herbal health remedy product innovator, Nature`s Health Products.
A local first, this Softline Accpac installation by AccTech Systems will include the installation of a network marketing system aimed to drive sales of Nature`s Health Products through its national network of distributors.

Nature`s Health Products says the company is experiencing exponential growth and required a solution that will not only provide a strong financial backbone for the company, but will also provide the tools required to manage the complex commission structure and sales and marketing support for its 50 000 national distributors.

At the heart of Nature`s Health Products is the national call centre, where thousands of orders are received and processed on a daily basis. Keith Fenner, Director of Solutions and Business Development at AccTech Systems, says Accpac CRM will be deployed at the call centre to log and manage all the orders from the distribution branches and franchises throughout the country.
He says the orders will be placed in the CRM system and once authorised, will automatically be promoted to the Order Entry module within Nature`s Health Products` financial system.
"From there, the logistics system will take over and ship the ordered products directly to the distributors in the various regions within South Africa."
Another exciting feature of Accpac CRM is Nature`s Health Products` ability to drive marketing campaigns via SMS to all franchisees and distributors, and monitor and report on the success of these campaigns, says Olivier.
"During phase two, we will also utilise Accpac`s Iciniti Web store and Accpac CRM`s Web self-service solutions, which will provide every single distributor with the opportunity to log into the system and not only monitor the progress of previous orders, but also place new orders and check their individual levels of commissions for that specific month. This will allow distributors to manage their sales network anytime, anywhere.
"No ERP solution is complete without an effective business intelligence tool. Using Accpac Insight, Nature`s Health Products will be able to produce enterprise-wide reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The powerful features and integration with the network marketing system will also allow them to monitor financial results at head office, branch and franchise level," concludes Zitzke.
