The centralised, Web-based platform is enabling the IT services provider to remotely configure, monitor and manage the IT assets of all customers, dramatically increasing the efficiency of its team. As a result, About IT Networking is primed to double the number of customers it can support, without increasing staff numbers.
Using the Kaseya platform, Pretoria-based About IT Networking has centralised the management and support of more than 40 servers and 500 desktops. Constant systems monitoring and event alerts ensure engineers are instantly aware of any IT issues in the integrated dashboard, while the automation of key procedures such as patch management, running virus scans and deletion of unnecessary temporary files can be scheduled and carried our simultaneously across all client sites.
