MWEB Business today announced the launch of Genesis 2 Market Watch, a template-based website package that will provide the smaller business with a low cost, professionally built website. Customers will also have access to live McGregor BFA financial content. McGregor BFA supplies near real-time and historical information on South African listed and unlisted companies, local and international economic data as well as international financial indicators and currency exchange data.

* Graphs: Users are able to view one year`s pricing data for the JSE All Share Index and the ZAR/USD exchange rate. Users are therefore able to view the performance of an instrument over time.
* McGregor BFA News Briefs: Updated market news is provided in a user-friendly format, which displays news headlines and allows users to click through to the main article.
* Stock Exchange News Service (SENS): Customers are provided with a continually updated stream of the latest JSE-listed company announcements and articles.
* Local indices: 15 minute delayed updates provide information on the most widely covered JSE indices, enabling users to track broader market trends over a trading day.
* International indices: This feed provides users with a snapshot of key markets around the globe, including Europe, Asia and America.
* Currencies and indicators: Website visitors are provided with accurate foreign exchange information. It covers the most important currencies, as measured against the South African Rand.
* Commodities: This feature enables visitors to keep abreast of movements within the commodity trade.
Users are furthermore able to administer their own websites through the online Genesis 2 Market Watch Wizard. The Wizard offers users a choice of nine different templates, user-friendly tools to customise text, banners, logos, images and icons as well as an advanced HTML editor.
