Altron CFO Diane Radley has resigned from the company to take a post at Old Mutual.
The JSE-listed ICT company yesterday informed shareholders that Radley would leave at the end of next month. She will take the role of Old Mutual SA group finance director with effect from 1 March. Radley will also join Old Mutual's board.
Radley joined Altron as CFO and a board member in 2002, from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was partner in charge of transactional services. She has also served on the boards of Altech, Bytes and Powertech, as well as various other group companies.
Altron chief executive Robert Venter says Radley is leaving the company on good terms.
"During her tenure, Radley made a significant contribution towards the growth of our group and played a key role in terms of various strategic corporate initiatives undertaken over the last few years."
The company says an announcement regarding Radley's successor will be made "in due course".
