AltX-listed Celcom has told shareholders it has entered negotiations.
The telecommunications company, which listed on the JSE's Alternative Exchange 14 months ago, did not reveal whether it was on the buy or sell side of the talks.
However, its annual report quotes chairman Marcel Golding and CEO Stef Brachini as saying its planned acquisition in East Africa continues to progress well.
