Lefatshe Technologies, the South African black-owned ICT and security solutions provider, has been awarded rights to market, distribute and implement the powerful municipal software management suite from CIPAL.
CIPAL is a Belgian-based software company that has specialised in the development of software specific to municipalities and local government agencies for 30 years.
The CIPAL suite comprises modules for financial management, document handling, human resources, meeting and minute management, multi-year planning and budgeting, management information and business intelligence, town planning (inclusive of GIS), cemetery planning and inventory and stock management.
