A general meeting will be held on 14 September to discuss a name change for Enterprise Outsourcing Holdings (EOH), says EOH executive director Rob Sporen.
"We are looking to change the name from Enterprise Outsourcing Holdings to just EOH Holdings," he says.
"We want EOH to become a brand in its own right.
"No one asks what IBM stands for, and just as IBM has become a brand in its own right, so we want the same for EOH."
If all parties approve a name change, the last day of trading under Enterprise Outsourcing Holdings will be 31 September, says Sporen.
